If you place your order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order may take slightly longer to arrive (until we can get to the Post Office).

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Although we hope you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will wish to return some items. We believe our returns policy is fair and open, however, there are some stipulations that we do make in the interest of efficiency:
In the event of returns or an exchange, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original labeling attached. New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. Collen & Clare is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.
Step by step;
Returning any item within 2 weeks will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the three month post delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods, Collen and Clare will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods or an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods to Collen and Clare on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Orders collected from Collen and Clare incur no handling charge. Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by all of this.
